AI & Data Use Schedule

This schedule defines permitted AI processing for FamilyCase features, provider restrictions, human review, and ownership treatment.

1. Permitted processing

AI may draft, summarize, organize, and retrieve within the firm's tenant to assist authorized users. Outputs are suggestions for attorney review.

2. Provider restrictions & no public training

Customer content is not used to train public foundation models. Provider use (including Amazon Bedrock under the AWS agreement) is limited to providing the service under contract and security review.

3. Human review

Attorney review is mandatory before any legal use, filing, client advice, or court submission.

4. Ownership & retention

Customer data and work product remain the customer's (subject to law and professional obligations). Retention follows the firm's settings and FamilyCase retention schedule.
