This notice explains how FamilyCase uses cookies and similar technologies on our marketing website and where consent applies.
1. Strictly necessary
Required for the site to function — security, load balancing, and storing your consent choice. These cannot be switched off.
2. Analytics (consent-gated)
Aggregate analytics help us improve the site. We use PostHog subject to your consent choice and our Privacy Policy. Analytics cookies/scripts are set only when you accept analytics; the default is essential-only and no analytics requests are sent without consent. If you accepted analytics here and then sign up for the product, an anonymous PostHog identifier (ph_id) may carry through the signup link into the application to connect your visit to your signup; it contains no name or email. Product analytics and fully masked session replay inside the authenticated application are described in the Privacy Policy.
3. No advertising cookies
We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this marketing site.
4. Managing consent
